Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions

How long will the toys last?

How long the toys will last depends on the play style of your cat. Some cats prefer to bat their toys around and some will chew and claw and kick until the toy is no more. For this reason we cannot estimate how long the toy will survive the... love... of your feline. If your cat tends to be particularily destructive, we recommend testing out some of our more durable toys, such as the kickers. The thick cotton material can withstand more punishment than the felt.

How long will it take to ship my order?

Each toy is made by hand and generally needs to be custom made once the order is placed. Depending on the size of your order and how busy we are, it can take 1-5 business days for your order to be shipped out. If we are experiencing larger volumes (such as around Christmas) and your order will be delayed, we will send you an email with an estimated ship date.

Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you find yourself needing to cancel your order, please do so immediately as we can ONLY cancel and refund an order BEFORE it has shipped. NOTE: If you have placed a custom order, these cannot be cancelled once the order has been started. Contact us to cancel an order.

Can I place a custom order?

Absolutely!! We love designing new and fun toys! If you have something particular in mind, please don't hesitate to contact us for a custom quote.

How will my cat react to catnip?

Every cat reacts to catnip in a slightly different way. Some cats get very playful, others will just hold it and drool happily. Some cats won't want to share their catnip toys and some will bat them around and chase them. There is always a chance that your cat won't react to catnip at all. However, if you have tried catnip in the past and they didn't care for it, I do recommend trying mine. It's much fresher and stronger than what you would normally find in-store -- if your cats will react to any catnip, it will be this one!
